Andrew Sharos and the Village Project Consulting team offers AP conferences for teams of 10 per school. Each team can be compromised of teachers, counselors, admin, and those in support roles. The goal of each conference is to provide PD for both teachers and support roles, and time to plan as a team to improve the AP program.
