Andrew and the Village Project Consulting team deliver professional development to your staff. Contracts last anywhere from one day to three years. The focus is best practices in delivery of instruction and classroom policy, common writing strategies, and articulation among teachers.

Listen
We start by listening to teachers, administration, and students about the "state of the union" at your school.
Build supports
From there, we build supports that help the school identify its greatest strengths and weaknesses, and introduce ideas vital to supporting both students and teachers. If students are well supported, teachers feel well supported.
Refine
Looking at hard data and the anecdotal feedback within your space, we redefine the goals and continue to build new supports along the way.
